Are you able to accomplish everything you set your mind to?
One can have all the latest, fanciest, or most expensive tools to
perform a task, but does that guarantee success?

What is holding you back from your success?
What did that little voice in your head say to you right now?

"You're such a dreamer!"
"You can't do that!"
"You can't always have what you want"

Or maybe it was more PERSONAL, such as:
"I could never..."
"I just can't seem to quit..."
"I guess I have no willpower"
"I'm a loser"

Was the thought...
...rude or respectful?
...negative or positive?
...sarcastic or uplifting?
...doubtful or empowering?
...frustrating or confident?
...supportive or non-supportive?

What is your inner voice saying to you? Where does it come from?
Can you change old habits?


How to affect change:


1. The first element of change is
AWARENESS.
You have to admit there is a problem, a bad habit, or just simply, a non-supportive habit that is not taking you in the direction that you want to go.

2. The second element is UNDERSTANDING.
Where did the idea or behavior come from? Why is it there? What purpose does it serve now? What has that pattern or behavior cost you?

3. The next element of change is DISASSOCIATION.
Can you see that you have a choice to think differently?

4. The last element of change is a COMMITMENT to yourself of a new way of thinking!


HOW YOU DO ANYTHING IS HOW YOU DO EVERYTHING!
